Beans and subscriptions
Coffee goes stale. A subscription is only a good idea if the bag arrives while it is still worth grinding. This page does not invent a roaster’s price.
Ranked on merit only Why beans are not scored yetWhen a subscription is ranked, the criteria will be the ones a person can taste and check: days from roast, whether the bag says the farm or only a mood, how easy it is to pause, and whether the coffee is actually for espresso. A referral fee will not be one of them.
Until those facts are checked, there is no table and no sample “£7.50 a bag” pretending to be a shop. Buy a bag you can finish in a few weeks. Grind it for the machine you already chose.
